Our Mission

Every September thousands of bright, ambitious young women head off to college.  1 in 3 will be sexually assaulted.  I know this because of numerous studies and my own experience.  Too many of my friends’ daughters and my daughter’s friends have been sexually assaulted.

Sexual assault shouldn’t be a rite of passage – young men and women should be able to become intimate and sexual without hurting one another.  And I know that by making a narrative film with students about students for students, we can open this conversation about sex and intimacy and boundaries and respect and help us make change at the level it needs to be made – in those dark rooms, one on one.

Partnering with Colleges

Stage  1

Colleges across the United States are supplying student interns to help us research the issues and do the groundwork for our production.

Stage 2

We will partner with a college in the New York area which will supply locations for our shoot and student interns to fill out our professional cast and production departments. We will hold workshops on campus.

Stage 3

When our film is finished, part of our distribution will include a tour of colleges and high schools, in conjunction with our placement on a streaming platform.
